Exchange Policy

We have a 24-hour exchange notification policy, which means you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your kaftan if you want to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or replacement, please email us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the item back according to the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees related to the exchange.

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are permitted within the 24-hour notification window.

Strict Deadline

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period has passed, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange.
